2. Use of the App

2.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App, including delivery addresses and payment information.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ordering and Delivery

3.1 The Balloon Resto app acts as an intermediary between users and restaurants. We are not responsible for the quality of food, delivery times, or any issues related to the restaurant's products or services.

3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, but we do not guarantee delivery times.

3.3 Users are responsible for inspecting their orders upon delivery. Any complaints or issues should be reported directly to the restaurant.

3.4 Delivery will be done in 30 minutes (may vary depending on distance and traffic) 

4. Payments

4.1 Payments for orders are processed securely through the App. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

4.2 Prices and fees are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to review the current pricing before placing an order.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 You may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the restaurant. Once confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

5.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy

6.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Liability

8.1 Balloon Resto app is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes between users and restaurants.

8.2 We do not guarantee the availability of the App or uninterrupted access.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
